Sex and Diet

Postby pactric23 on Tue Jul 01, 2008 12:01 pm

Hi... I think Food has an important role to play in sex and a sexual situation as physical energy is the key to good sex. So I really want to know how nutritious food actually helps in sex. How to associate food with creative sexual intercourse? I found some information about it at [No Links Please]Please let me know if you have some other information about it.

I've never been a glutton, but my eating arrangements when I worked weren't ideal - rushed lunches, sometimes consisting of homemade sandwiches. Now 95% of my diet is sensible and healthy. I think I'm the better for it, but then my life is now much less stressful.

I've read that pomegranate juice has been described as "Nature's Viagra" and I drink this as at very least it's healthy and pleasant. But any assistance when it comes to ED is difficult to quantify. A friendly lady has also recommended Zinc Picolinate tablets; they don't cost much, but again I can't say that they help that much. I avoid taking alcohol before using Viagra; the leaflet advises against doing so, and I gather that alcohol inhbits sexual performance anyway.

Yes drinking can reduce the effect of Viagra, you can have a drink though whilst on Viagra but only in moderation.
