Help and advice for a someone new please

Hi,

I have recently been have ED problems and my Dr has surgested Viagra to help with the situation.

There lots of info out there but this sight seems to have so true information rather than the hype on others.

I have lots of questions I hope someone can help me with some answers!

How long does Viagra take to work?
Do you still need stimulation to get an erection or does it just happen?
After having sex do you loose your erection?
If you do loose it can you get another one and how long does it take?
How long do the effects last?

You should begin by taking Viagra 30 minutes to 1 hour before having sex. You might find that Viagra works faster for you; some men find it works in as little as 14 minutes. Be aware that if you eat a heavy meal or drink alcohol it can can slow your body's ability to absorb the drug.

Viagra works when you are sexually aroused, so you'll still need stimulation. After sex, your erection will go away as normal. Viagra can work for up to 4 hours, so it will produce another erection in response to sexual stimulation within that time frame.

Another option is Cialis, which is much like Viagra and helps produce an erection in response to stimulation. However, the drug can stay in your system for up to 36 hours, so it is a longer time frame.

I have also been given some cialis, whilst obviously you can't take these at the same time is it safe to take one on say a Monday and the other on a Tuesday whilst I am experimenting which works best?

It all depends on what Cialis you have been given. Cialis Daily 2.5mg & 5mg are every day doses and you would be fine taking Viagra one day and Cialis the next.
However the stronger Cialis doses such as the 20mg can last up to 36hrs and I would not recommend you take those every day.

If you are going to try both out to see which works best for you, I would recommend you take the Viagra tablet say on the Monday and the Cialis the Tuesday and not the other way round.
