Masturbation and quick ejaculation

Is there any relationship between masturbation and quick ejaculation. I wonder there is one because when you masturbat a lot, your skin might become really sensetive to touch and hence result in a quick ejaculation when you have sex with someone. Keeping in mind this preposition, is it true that masturbation decreases men's sexual intercourse at some point later in the life?
