It's quite natural to have erectile dysfunction occasionally due to anxiety or depression. You might get bored of sexual routine, or need to have variance in sexual intercourse (maybe changing position can help in this case). You could be bored with your partner's performance, or your sex position causing problems in getting aroused, but your problem seems physical rather than mental.
There could be many reasons for that. Are you diabetic? When you are able to get an erection, does it get rock hard like it did before, or is it just moderately hard? Are you on any medication? Disease can effect the nerves and blood vessels of the penis, which can diminish your ability to obtain or keep an erection.
See your GP and rule out all physical causes first, and if there are none, then you need to analyze the possible psychological causes. If it's mental, you may need to change your position, sexual activity, routine, etc.
